Description
We’re looking for a data-driven SEO Strategist with 2–3 years of full-time experience to own end-to-end organic growth: audits, strategy, execution, and reporting. You’ll collaborate with content, design, and engineering to improve visibility, traffic quality, and conversions across web properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run comprehensive SEO audits (technical, on-page, content, links) and build prioritized roadmaps.
- Perform keyword research, mapping, and search intent analysis to shape content strategy.
- Lead on-page optimization: metadata, internal linking, headings, content briefs, and E-E-A-T improvements.
- Partner with developers on technical SEO (CWV, crawlability, indexation, sitemaps, robots, canonicalization, redirects, schema).
- Plan ethical link acquisition (digital PR/outreach), and manage toxic link clean-ups.
- Drive local SEO (GMB profiles, citations, local landing pages) where relevant.
- Set up tracking; analyze GA4, Search Console, and rank tools; deliver monthly reports with insights and next steps.
- Collaborate with growth teams on CRO hypotheses for key pages.
- Maintain an SEO testing backlog; document learnings and iterate.
Skills Required:
- 2–3 years hands-on SEO experience (agency or in-house) with measurable results.
- Strong command of technical SEO and on-page/content SEO best practices.
- Proficient with tools: Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Looker Studio (or similar).
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS basics, schema.org/JSON-LD, and Core Web Vitals.
- Ability to brief writers/designers; create SEO content briefs and optimize existing content.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) for analysis and QA.
- Clear communication, stakeholder management, and project ownership.
- Bonus: GTM, basic SQL, Python for SEO, local SEO at scale, digital PR.
