Description

We are looking for a driven and performance-focused Sales & Growth Strategist to join our growing team at Blinto LLC. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our global expansion—responsible for acquiring new clients, building lasting relationships, and accelerating revenue growth. If you are passionate about closing deals, understand digital-first businesses, and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, this role is for you. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify, approach, and convert potential clients across global markets through email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and virtual meetings.
  • Present and demonstrate Blinto LLC’s services in a compelling and consultative manner.
  • Work closely with the marketing and technology teams to ensure sales messaging aligns with product value and client needs.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Track and report sales activities, leads, and performance metrics accurately.
  • Engage website visitors and inbound leads, guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, execution, and client success. 

Skills Required: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Finance, or a related discipline (a B.Sc. in CSE is a plus).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in sales presentations, service demos, and client-facing discussions.
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales, consultative selling, and relationship management.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing the entire sales process independently.
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a startup or growth-driven environment.
