Description

We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of full-time experience to craft brand-consistent visuals across digital and print. You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver high-impact designs that drive engagement and conversions. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Translate briefs into compelling social creatives, ads, landing page assets, emails, pitch decks, and print collateral.
• Build and maintain brand guidelines, component libraries, and reusable templates.
• Create illustrations, iconography, and simple motion/animated assets for web and social.
• Prepare production-ready files (print specs, color profiles, bleed/crop, export settings).
• Partner with content/SEO to visualize data: infographics, charts, case-study layouts.
• Collaborate with developers to hand off web-ready assets (proper sizing, naming, and accessibility in mind).
• Manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Maintain a strong QA process: typography, spacing, alignment, contrast, and brand consistency. 

Skills Required: 

• 2–3 years professional design experience (agency or in-house) with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Figma/Adobe XD for UI assets and handoff.
• Solid command of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating social ads, web banners, and landing page assets; basic motion (After Effects or equivalent) is a plus.
• Understanding of file formats, asset optimization, and print vs. digital requirements.
• Comfortable interpreting briefs, presenting rationale, and iterating from feedback.
• Bonus: Basic HTML/CSS awareness, Canva for quick templated outputs, photography/retouching.
