Description
We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Writer with 2–3 years of professional experience to plan, write, and optimize content across blogs, websites, social media, and marketing assets. You’ll collaborate with design, SEO, and growth teams to produce clear, on-brand, and conversion-friendly copy that drives traffic and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research, outline, and write long-form blogs, landing pages, emails, and social posts aligned with brand voice and goals.
- Optimize content for SEO (keyword research, on-page SEO, internal linking, metadata) and measure performance with analytics.
- Repurpose content into short-form formats (carousels, reels scripts, newsletters, one-pagers).
- Collaborate with designers to produce visually compelling assets (briefs, copy, captions, CTAs).
- Maintain an editorial calendar and manage deadlines from brief to publish.
- Conduct subject-matter interviews; fact-check and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Update existing content to improve rankings, readability, and conversions (CRO mindset).
- Use CMS (e.g., WordPress) to format and publish content with basic on-page best practices.
- Ensure brand consistency across channels and follow style guides.
- Track content KPIs and provide monthly performance reports and recommendations.
Skills Required:
- 2–3 years of hands-on content writing/copywriting experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong portfolio showcasing blog articles, web copy, and social content with measurable outcomes.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills; command of grammar and tone adaptation.
- Working knowledge of SEO tools and practices (e.g., SEMrush/Ahrefs, Search Console, keyword research).
- Experience with CMS (WordPress/Elementor) and basic HTML formatting is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics (GA4/Looker Studio) and A/B testing concepts.
- Ability to brief and collaborate with design (Canva/Figma basics helpful).
- Strong research skills; able to simplify complex topics into clear, actionable content.
- Organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple projects.
- Bonus: Email marketing (Mailchimp/HubSpot), B2B/SaaS writing, and basic scriptwriting for short video.
